In case the subscriber called 1530, the answer machine will ask for the IVR password which you can get from the customer service center 111

For Postpaid lines:

  • Calling (or texting) 1530 to subscribe or unsubscribe costs SYP 4 per minute.
  • The monthly subscription to this service costs SYP 50.

For Prepaid cards:

  • Calling (or texting) 1530 to subscribe or unsubscribe costs SYP 6 per minute.
  • The monthly subscription to each channel costs SYP 50 (except French SANA news channel which costs SYP 35).
The subscriptions is renewed automatically every 30 days for postpaid lines and prepaid cards.
