Payment Via SMS

Description

All postpaid subscribers who have accounts in the Syrian commercial bank can pay their bills through an SMS.

 the bill will be deducted from his bank account.

The subscriber should fill an application in the service in one of the SCB branches then he should send an SMS with the correct order to the service short code to pay his bill.

When the monthly bill is issued, the subscriber can send an SMS contains the word" pay" one space then the " IVR password" to 1725

Prices
There's no monthly subscription cost of the service. SMS cost to 1725 is 5 SYP/ SMS. The bank charges a specific amount on each transfer operation from the subscriber’s account to Syriatel account.
  • If all conditions are existed ( subscription, send the password correctly, enough bank balance to pay the bill) the operation will be successful and the subscriber will receive a confirming SMS contains the transfer serial no. and the paid amount.
  • If there's any mistake in the sent data or the subscriber's balance wasn't enough, the subscriber  would get an SMS informing him the reason of operation failure.
  • To get the IVR password you can call 111 from the same Syriatel cell phone GSM or 0933222111 from any other postpaid line.
