Description
This service enables Syriatel postpaid subscribers to gift balance to any other active Yahala card, the amount of the gifted balance will be deducted from the sender bill.

Service Activation:
  1. Send an SMS to 1233 contains the Yahala card cell phone GSM that you want to gift the balance, one space, and then the gifted balance e.g 0933222111 150
  2. Call 1233 following the answer machine and enter the Yahala card cell phone GSM you want to gift the balance to and the gifted balance.



  • When the gifting balance operation is done, the subscriber  will receive an SMS informing him that the transaction is done successfully, this SMS contains receiver’s cell phone GSM, the amount of gifted Balance in addition to the amount added to the subscriber’s bill. In case the transaction is failed the subscriber will received an SMS informing him about that.
  • The receiver, as well, will receive an SMS informing him about the sender cell phone GSM, the amount of gifted Balance, and his new balance

  • Call cost 4 SYP per minute
  • SMS cost 4 SYP per SMS

 

  • Postpaid subscribers can only gift two values only:

150 SYP

75 SYP

  • Postpaid subscriber can gift only two times a day
